11:31- Sophia Thomas on the free position and the Hoyas lead again, this tention is killing me!
13:25- Loyola scores after a bad turnover by the Hoyas, the Greyhounds tie it off the draw after another defensive miscue
14:52- Kaestner added one of her own on the free position, Georgetown looks good but there's a lot of time left
17:39- Bunny O'Reilly took a shot and got her own rebound before shoveling it back in to put GU ahead 7-6
20:59- Sophia Thomas makes it a 3-0 run and ties the game marking the fourth tie of the game, GU has not led since 11:47 in the first
22:49- Kirr makes it two in a row, but a lot of the credit goes to Erin Lovett who took the free position and was sneaky switching hands to fake out the keeper. She found Kirr popping out in front of the goal for the score
28:18- Jordy Kirr just bounced in a shot under the keeper's feet, a really head's up play on her end so find the open spot
29:16- Gavin scores for Loyola to make it 6-3
30:00- Loyola gets the opening draw, Georgetown has been a second-half team all season so let's see if they can do it again
1st Half
0:55- Lyola scores once more before the end of the half to make it 5-3 at the break, the stat for the half is that GU is 1-5 this season when trailing at the half but the one win came against Loyola
6:31- Georgetown us currently on offense and was just awarded a free position. Both teams have had flashes on brilliance but no one has come out dominant, Giles FPS just went off the post
7:32- Whoa, I have been having some serious internet issues, here is what you missed
8:27- Loyola goal
11:03- Loyola goal
11:47- Goal by Molly Ford
20:24- Loyola scores on a free position, this is going to be a tight game
22:07- Kelly Barnes caused a turnover and sent it right back to Jordy Kirr who found the back of the cage, a great play. BIG EAST PR guru Mike Coyne is an unbiased spectator next to me but I think even he'll agree it was a pretty money play
23:02- A rebound off the post goes back to a Loyola player who ties it up
23:36- Jacqueline Giles get the first goal of the game on a little curl around the left side, Hoyas lead 1-0
30:00- Lineups were just announced and we did a moment of silence for Virginia lacrosse player Yeardley Love. Both teams are wearing orange wristbands in her memory. Georgetown's have her number on them.
