Hoyas Unlimited has announced the dates for the 2012 Online All-Sport Auction. The bidding will begin on February 22 and end at 4 p.m. ET on February 29. Items will be accepted until Friday, February 3 as the department prepares for one of its largest and most exciting fundraisers of the year.

The online auction will offer Georgetown alumni and friends all over the country the opportunity to donate and bid on unique memorabilia, exclusive trips and unforgettable fan experiences. All proceeds of the auction will benefit the Georgetown Athletics Excellence Fund, which supports more than 700 student-athletes participating in 29 intercollegiate athletic programs on the Hilltop. The fund contributes to the top three strategic priorities within athletics: scholarships, facility needs and program expenses.

Last year's auction raised over $64,000 on more than 90 items, surpassing its total from the year prior.

In just its third year online, the auction gives fans across the country and around the world the opportunity to bid on exclusive items through GUHoyas.com.

All donations, large or small, are greatly appreciated and donors have just a few more days to provide unique items and experiences. Please note, all items must be shippable (no perishables or alcohol). The value of each donated item can be allocated to the sport of your choice and is deductible in accordance with applicable laws. Please submit all items by February 3, 2012.
