Diana Pulupa currently serves as the brand manager / associate sports information director for the Georgetown University Department of Athletics and has been a full-time member of the sports information staff since January 2006.
Pulupa oversees all aspects of the publications process including, but not limited to: budgets, organization and editorial assistance on all media guides, gameday programs and printed promotional items. In addition to her publications duties, she is the primary contact for the track & field / cross country program and the sailing team as well as serving as the secondary contact for the women's basketball team.
Hired as an intern in August 2005, she took over publications in January 2008, following the previous two and a half years when she served as the assistant sports information director, overseeing the public relations efforts for field hockey, women's soccer, volleyball, swimming & diving, men's tennis, women's tennis and softball.
The Bethesda, Md., native was a four-year letterwinner on the women's tennis team at Elon University in Elon, N.C., where she received her bachelor of arts in journalism & communications in 2005. She earned a master's in sports industry management from Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies in 2010. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
