Dr. Thomas Lardner joined the sports medicine staff and the Georgetown University Student Health Center in the fall of 2010.

Dr. Lardner received a bachelor's degree in biology from Seton Hall University in 1993 and earned his medical doctorate from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Lardner completed his internship in 2003 at Somerset Medical Center and continued there with his residency.

Dr. Lardner did a fellowship at Wright State University, working with its athletic teams. He has also worked in the sports medicine departments at Rutgers University and Rider University.

Dr. Lardner is Board Certified in Sports Medicine and Family Practice; he also holds a medical and surgical licensure in New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Dr. Lardner belongs to the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM).

The Somerville, N.J., native currently resides in the District of Columbia.
