WASHINGTON – Center Court with Patrick Ewing, a weekly show with Georgetown University's head men's basketball coach and co-hosted by Rick "Doc" Walker, will return for its second season on Monday, October 28 on SiriusXM's ESPNU Radio (channel 84). ABOUT COACH EWING
Patrick Ewing (C'85) is entering his third season as the head men's basketball coach at his alma mater. Recognized as the greatest men's basketball player to ever don the Blue & Gray, he was selected as one of the top 50 players in the history of the NBA and was enshrined to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2008 and again in 2010 as part of the 1992 U.S. Olympic "Dream" Team.
- A three-time consensus First Team All-America selection (1983, 1984, 1985) on the Hilltop, Ewing led the Hoyas to three NCAA Championship Game appearances and the 1984 National Championship title where he was named the Most Outstanding Player.
- Ewing was the first pick in the 1985 NBA Draft and went on to earn NBA Rookie of the Year honors in 1986 with the New York Knicks and scored 24,815 points during his 17-year NBA career to go along with 11,607 rebounds.
- He spent 15 years with the Knicks, made 11 total NBA All-Star appearances (including 10-straight) and was a member of the NBA's 50th Anniversary Team. Ewing remains the Knicks' all-time leader in points, rebounds, blocked shots, steals and field goals made.

Rick "Doc" Walker is an NFL veteran who was a starting tight end for the 1982 World Champion Washington Redskins under Coach Joe Gibbs. He developed the concept of the Redskins "Fun Bunch" and was an original member of the famed offensive linemen known as the "HOGS." As a member of Coach Dick Vermeil's UCLA Bruins he became a Rose Bowl Champion, received Lineman of the Year honors, and was named an Associated Press (AP) All-American. As a broadcaster, Doc has been a college football television analyst for ESPN, The BIG EAST Network and The ACC. He's also been a color analyst for the NFL on CBS-Westwood One Radio. His current broadcasting activity includes sideline reporter for the Washington Redskins, hosting his own TV show "Doc Walker's ProView" on MASN, and co-hosting "Doc & Galdi", a daily radio show on The Team 980.
