Three More Hoyas Swimmers Qualify for BIG EAST Championships in Final Dual Meet at Maryland

Kathryn Berg, Courtlyn Cook and Scott Dennis post BIG EAST qualifying times for Georgetown

High School: Cook has qualified for the Georgia High School State Meet four years in a row. As a Sophomore, she placed 16th in the 100m Breastroke. As a junior, she placed 14th and 16th in the 500m Free and 100m Fly, respectively. As a club swimmer, she has eight different state cuts and this year placed 34th at state in the 200m IM. She was a sectional qualifier as a junior and senior in the 100m Fly. Courtlyn chose Georgetown for its academic excellence and the environment that supports a healthy intellectual curiosity along with the schools commitment to developing the entire person. Top Events and Times: 500 Free 5:21.47, 100 Butterfly 1:00.79, 200 Butterfly 2:15.09 & 200 IM 2:13.95
