Christian is a two-time state champion from Wichita, Kan. He won the 2010 state championship in both the 100 breaststroke and the 200 IM. Christian was a four-year letter winning swimmer and a five-time letter-winning tennis player at The Independent School. He swam with the Wichita Swim Club and was also his high school class president as both a junior and a senior.
