Georgetown is coming off of a tough weekend, dropping all three games in a series at Davidson, a program that reached the NCAA Super Regionals last season. James Gabor (Wyndmoor, Pa./William Penn Charter School) led the GU offense with a .714 (5-for-7) batting average and now has five hits in his first eight career at-bats. Jake Bernstein (Frederick, Md./St. John's College HS) and Richie O'Reilly (Hermosa Beach, Calif./Loyola HS) both had three hits and homered in the series, combining to drive in five runs.
George Washington enters Tuesday's matchup with a 1-5 overall record after being swept in a season-opening series at Florida Atlantic and dropping two of three games at Stetson this past weekend, including being no-hit in Sunday's finale. Mark Osis leads the GW offense with a .400 (10-for-25) batting average, and has one of the team's two home runs. Robbie Metz is also batting over .300, coming in at a .318 (7-for-22) clip. As a team, the Colonials have a .204 batting average, while the pitching staff owns a 3.44 team ERA.

The Blue & Gray will take on Mount St. Mary's (March 3, 3 p.m.), Dartmouth (March 4, 11:30 a.m.), Northeastern (March 6, 4 p.m.), Western Michigan (March 7 and 9, noon) and Saint Joseph's (March 10/11, 2 p.m./noon).
