WASHINGTON - Give your son the chance to learn basketball fundamentals from John Thompson III and his staff next summer! Registration for John Thompson III's 2013 GEORGETOWN BASKETBALL SCHOOL is now open.
Over the last nine summers campers have been coming to Georgetown from all over the country and the world to learn from Coach Thompson III and his staff. Here are some testimonials from parents and relatives:
"My son had a great time at the day basketball camp. Thanks again for putting on such a nice camp. Coach Thompson was very supportive and sincere - a great time he will never forget." Jack - Winterset, Iowa
"I wanted to pass along that the camp was great! My son had an awesome experience and felt he grew as a player after attending the camp and wants to come back next summer. Thank you." Marita - Coronado, Calif.
"My son had an amazing week, and is looking forward to coming back next year and being a better player/competitor due in large part to his experience as a camper in your program." Stephen - Brooklyn, N.Y.
"It really is a great camp. The basketball coaching is obviously very good but I have been equally impressed with how well it is run, how nice the coaches are, etc. My oldest son has really enjoyed it every year and looks forward to returning again." Hugh - Washington, D.C.
Camp is open to boys ages 8-18 and will take place during two sessions. The first session, Monday, June 24-Friday, June 28, is a day camp and will run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, with camp ending on Friday at noon. Lunch is provided.
