WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University Athletics Department announced today that all Hoyas men's basketball games will air on ESPN 980 AM and Sports Talk AM 570 for the 12th-straight year.

"It is with great pleasure that we extend our relationship with ESPN 980," Associate Athletics Director Dan O'Neil said. "Georgetown Basketball and ESPN 980 have been long-time partners and we are very happy to provide fans in the Metropolitan area the chance to listen to another great season of Hoya basketball."

"We are excited to team with Georgetown University and Coach Thompson's squad as they continue the tradition as one of the best teams the area has to offer," ZEBRA Broadcasting President and C.E.O. Rick Carmean said of the deal.

Georgetown opens the 2012-13 playing the University of Florida aboard the USS Bataan in the Navy-Marine Corps Classic in Jacksonville, Fla. on Friday, Nov. 9. The game will air on Sports Talk AM 570.
