Matthew Sarge

High School: Captain of the Varsity Track and Cross-Country Teams, 3-time sectionals competitor in the 800m.

Freshman (2012): Sat 3 seat in the First Freshman Eight as a novice walk-on. Earned the G150s Top Freshman Award.

Sophomore (2013): Sat 2 seat in the First Varsity Eight at the Head of the Charles Regatta.

Matt is a Sophomore in the College, majoring in both Government and Economics. He plans to complete his undergraduate degree in 3 years and continue on to an accelerated master's program in American Government at Georgetown. Outside of crew, Matt has worked in the offices of San Jose City Councilmember Sam Liccardo and Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-CA).
