Men's Golf Announces Schedule for Spring 2013 Season

The Georgetown men's golf team opens the spring season on March 24.

WASHINGTON - Georgetown University Head Men's Golf Coach Tommy Hunter announced the team's schedule for the spring 2013 season, which includes four regular season tournaments followed by the BIG EAST Championship.

The Hoyas open the spring slate on Sunday, March 24, competing in the William & Mary Invitational at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Va. The 36-hole tournament concludes on Tuesday, March 26.

The team is back in action again the following week, playing at the Villanova Invitational on Monday, April 1 and Tuesday, April 2. The tournament will be held at the White Manor Golf Club in Malvern, Pa.

After a two-week break, Georgetown warps up its spring season with a pair of tournaments, starting with the Princeton Invitational on Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14. The Princeton Invitational will be held at the Springdale Golf Club in Princeton, N.J. The regular season closes out on Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21, with the Blue & Gray playing in The Rutherford, hosted by Penn State at its Blue Course in State College, Pa.

The 2013 BIG EAST Championship will be held at the Reunion Resort in Orlando, Fla. from Sunday, April 28 to Tuesday, April 30.
