Georgetown vs. Vermont Men's Lacrosse

The Hoyas defeated the Catamounts, 18-10 on a rainy afternoon at Multi-Sport Field.

2014: Appeared in one game during his sophomore season against Furman (3/11)...Made one save against Furman...Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
2013: Appeared in two games at goalkeeper during his freshman season...Posted a .667 save percentage in 5:18 over two games...Made his collegiate debut for the final 2:46 against Duke (3/23)...Made two saves in win over Rutgers (4/27)...BIG EAST Academic All Star selection. High School: A four-year letterwinner in lacrosse and three-year letterwinner in football...Received the Coaches Award for lacrosse in 2012...Was a three-year starter at St. Albans, posted a 72.3 save percentage during his senior season...In high school was coached by Malcolm Lester in lacrosse and Gary Schnell in football...Played two seasons of club with Breakout where he was coached by Matt Breslin, Jamie Breslin and John Stainbrook.

Personal: The son of Martha and Robert Vicas...Has twin sister, Natalie, who plays field hockey at Johns Hopkins and one younger brother, Daniel, who is a freshman at Georgetown...Mother, Martha graduated from Georgetown in 1983...Vicas is double major in government and justice and peace studies.
