Brennan Bicknese Selected to Play in USILA/LAXWORLD North-South Game

Brennan Bicknese is the 37th Hoya selected to play in the North-South All-Star Game.

WASHINGTON - Georgetown University men's lacrosse senior defender Brennan Bicknese (Ridgewood, N.J./Delbarton) has been selected to play in the USILA/LaxWorld North-South Game, scheduled for Friday, May 24 at Edith Robb Dixon Field on the campus of Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa. Face-off for the Division I/II game is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.

Bicknese, who will suit up for the South roster, is 37th Hoya to be named to the prestigious annual all-star game and the first since Rickey Mirabito and Max Seligmann were named to the South roster following the 2011 season. This will be the 19th time in 20 seasons that the Hoyas will be represented in the game.

During Bicknese's senior season, he helped lead the Hoyas to its first post-season appearance since 2007. In 14 starts, he led the Hoyas with 16 caused turnovers.

A three-year starter on the Hilltop, Bicknese finished his career at GU with 65 ground balls, 48 caused turnovers and three goals in 49 games.
