Hoyas will compete at ITA's in two weeks
2013-2014: During the fall season of his junior year, Brosens went 6-3 in doubles play...Fall singles victories: 6-5 (4); ret over Princeton's Mo El Tonbario and 6-2, 6-5(5) against Bucknell's Aidan Lynch, both matches were played at the Farnsworth Invitational in Princeton, N.J....Brosens also defeated Joona Rahko of Christopher Newport at the Georgetown Classic, 6-1; 6-2...Finished fall singles play with three victories at the Margaux Powers Memorial Tournament, which was hosted by Brown University in Providence, R.I., against Brown's Eili Whittle, 3-6; 6-4, 10-5, Dartmouth's Max Schmidt, 2-6; 6-2; 10-7, and Middlebury's Allen Jack, 6-2; 6-5(3)...Played in two doubles matches in the fall, losing both, while being paired with Jordan Portner and Casey Distaso...Finished the spring season with a 5-6 record; the first victory was a, 6-5, 4-6, 6-4, win over Christian Duarte of Bryant University...had two separate two-match win streaks...the first included victories over Evan Charles of Mary Washington and Andrew Ginzberg of UConn... the second streak included wins over Kamal Patel of UMBC and Daniel Grauel of Norfolk State...went 1-3 in doubles play, posting a win with Jordan Portner as his partner over Brandon Griffin and Stratton Gilmore of Mary Washington.
2012-2013: Brosens finished his sophomore season with a 5-5 overall record in singles play with all five victories coming in the fall season...Finished doubles play with a 5-6 record while being paired with Shane Korber, Keven Katz, Reese Milner, Daniel Khanin and Alex Tropiano.
2011-2012: Went 4-4 in singles play during his freshman season with three wins coming in the spring...Went 6-5 in doubles play...Won one match with Brian Ward, one with Casey Distaso, two with Shake Korber and two with Rafael Notario.
