WASHINGTON - On the final day of the ECAC / IC4A Championships held in Boston, Mass., the Hoyas set a school record and the men's distance medley relay squad walked away with an IC4A event title. The Hoyas, competing with an amended roster with the 2014 NCAA Championships in just six short days, took advantage of the day by setting multiple personal records as they ran strong times on the final day of the two-day championship.

The foursome of Cole Williams (San Francisco, Calif./Occidental College), Mike Andre (Ocean, N.J./Ocean Township), Zach Zingsheim (Lansing, Mich./Lansing Catholic) and Michael Lederhouse (Glen Ellyn, Ill./Glenbard West) can now add IC4A Champions to their repertoire as the quartet won the men's distance medley relay today, the final day of the IC4A Championships. Georgetown won the event with a time of 9:49.33, besting second-place Albany (9:50.57).

All-American Amanda Kimbers (Baltimore, Md./McDonogh) again breaks her own record in the women's 200-meter dash this indoor season. The graduate student bested her previous record by three-hundredths of a second, clocking in a 23.75. She breaks her own record that existed for just over two weeks, set on the final day of the 2014 BIG EAST Championships. Kimbers finished seventh in the women's 60-meter dash in her first event of the day, timing in at 7.61.

The men's 3,000-meter finals saw Collin Leibold (Falls Church, Va./Gonzaga) continue with his breakout indoor season. The junior, in just his second year of eligibility, finished second in the race with a time of 8:00.09, a new PR and a season-best by more than 10 seconds.

Bobby Peavey (Virginia Beach, Va./Kellam) finished second in the men's mile final with a time of 4:04.99. Also taking second place was Becca DeLoache (Charlotte, N.C./Myers Park) in the women's 800-meter run as she clocked in at 2:08.02 while teammate Shanique Dasilva (Brooklyn, N.Y./Bishop Ford) followed up in fifth place (2:10.83).

GU's Rachel Paul (Farmingville, N.Y./Sachem East) picked up points for the Blue & Gray when she finished third in the women's 3,000-meter run, a two-heat final, with a time of 9:21.16 - a new personal best. Taking fourth place in the men's 1,000-meter finals, Cole Williams (San Francisco, Calif./Occidental College) crossed the finish line with a time of 2:26.07.

Annamarie Maag (Lake Oswego, Ore./Jesuit Prep) took fifth place in the women's mile as she timed in at 4:49.09, picking up points for the Hoyas. Emma Keenan (Gwynedd Valley, Pa./Gwynedd-Mercy Academy) picked up a point for the Hoyas with an eighth-place finish in the women's 1,000-meter finals, timing in at 2:53.96.

The Georgetown women, with a limited roster, finished fifth of the 46 teams to compete at the ECAC Championships with 33 points. The Georgetown men, also carrying an amended roster, finished 10th of 41 teams at the IC4A Championships with a matching 33 points.

The Hoyas will now focus on the 2014 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, held March 14-15 at the University of New Mexico, in Albuquerque, N.M. Georgetown has qualified in both the men's and women's distance medley relay as well as one in the men's 800-meter run, two in the women's 800-meter run and one in the women's 3,000-meter run.
