The Georgetown women's crews will host the Class of 2006 Cup this Saturday, March 25. The races begin at 7:40 a.m. as the Hoyas will race in 7 of the 14 scheduled events.

Washington, D.C. - The Georgetown women's crew hosts George Mason, George Washington, and North Carolina on the Potomac River in a double-dual contest this Saturday, March 24. This is the first event of the spring for all of the Georgetown crews due to last week's cancellation. Also, the teams will be competing for the Class of 2006 Cup.
The first round of races will begin at 7:40 a.m. when the Georgetown Lightweight Novice 8 takes on North Carolina's Novice 8. That will be followed at 8 a.m. when the Georgetown Heavyweight Novice 8 takes on the North Carolina Novice 8.
At 8:10 a.m. the Georgetown Varsity 4 will face-off against George Washington and George Mason's Varsity 4's. Finally, in the last race of the early session, the Georgetown Varsity 8 will race against North Carolina's "A" and "B" Varsity 8's at 8:30 a.m.
In the second round, Georgetown's Lightweight Novice 8 and Heavyweight Novice 8 will go up against George Mason's Novice 8 at 11 a.m. Then, the Hoyas' Varsity 4 will row against George Washington and George Mason's Varsity 4's at 11:20 a.m. To end the day for the Blue and Gray, Georgetown's Varsity 8 will race George Mason's Varsity 8 at 11:40 a.m.
The best vantage point for spectators to enjoy all the races will be along the Washington Harbour boardwalk. The link at the top of the page is a schedule for all of the races.
