A Special Weekend Ahead for Georgetown Field Hockey

Georgetown's game with Rutgers is dedicated to Stick-it-to-Cancer and Sunday's contest with Cornell will be senior day.

2014: Played in and started 14 games for the Hoyas as a junior...Was second on the team with five goals, also recorded one assist for 11 points...Took 26 shots, with 11 on them on goal for a shot on goal percentage of .423, credited with a game-winning-goal...Named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll the week of Oct. 20, after a two-goal performance in a 3-0 win over Colgate at Multi-Sport Field...Served as Co-captain.

2013: Started in all 18 games with two goals and one assist (five points) and 29 shots, 10 of which were on goal...Started and took three shots in the final home game against Villanova (11/2)...Started and registered one shot at No. 1 Maryland (10/27)...Started her sixteenth game at No. 17 Temple with two shots, one of which was on goal (10/25)...Started against Liberty and took one shot (10/20)...Took one shot one goal against No. 2 Connecticut in her 14th start (10/18)...Started at Rutgers (10/12)...Started at Old Dominion (10/6)...Started and had two shots against Saint Francis (10/4)...In her tenth start, tallied three points via a goal and an assist in the win against St. Louis (9/29)...Started her ninth game and managed one shot one goal against No. 16 Louisville (9/28)...Started and scored her first goal of the season in the win over Holy Cross; finished the game with five shots, three on goal (9/22)...Made the start and attempted one shot on goal against Providence (9/20)...Started at Cornell (9/15)...Attempted one shot in the start at Lehigh (9/13)...Had one shot on goal with two total shots in the start at Lock Haven (9/8)...Started and had two shots against Towson (9/6)...Made her second start against Rider (9/1)...Started the season-opener and finished with one shot against Davidson (8/30).

2012: Started 18 of 19 games as a freshman...Totaled five points with two goals and an assist...Ranked fifth on the squad in points...Scored goals at Richmond and at Miami of Ohio...Lone assist was at Villanova...Had a defensive save against Providence.

Before GU: A five-time letterwinner, earning four in field hockey and one in lacrosse...A four-year starter in field hockey, serving as team captain during her senior season...Finished her high school career with 22 goals, 14 assists and three defensive saves in 64 games...A Futures participant from 2009-2011, playing in the National Futures Championship in three consecutive seasons...Played in the Junior Olympics in 2010...A two-time Academic All Star selection...During her senior season was named Cleveland Plain Dealer Field Hockey Player of the Year, a Plain Dealer All Star, First Team All-Ohio, First Team North-East Ohio and Academic All-Ohio...Helped team to a State Championship in 2008...A State Championship runner-up in 2011.
