Georgetown Stands Seventh At 82-Over Par 658 At The Hoya Women's Golf Invitational

Nova Southeastern leads the 15-team field at the Hoya Women's Golf Invitational with a 36-hole score of 32-over par 608. The No. 1-ranked team in the country at the Division II level, the Sharks hold a 21-stroke lead over Princeton, second at 53-over par 629. William & Mary is third at 68-over par 644, while Rollins College stands fourth at 70-over par 646 and Richmond and Penn are tied for fifth place at 76-over par 652.
Host Georgetown stands seventh at 82-over par 658.
Maria Garcia Austt of Nova Southeastern holds a six-stroke lead over the field of 77 golfers after finishing the day with a 36-hole score of even-par 144. She fired a 2-under par 70 in the morning round and came back in the afternoon with a 2-over par 74.
Sandra Changkija of Nova Southeastern is second at 6-over par 150, followed by Kate Scarpetta of Princeton, in third at 9-over par 153. Joanna Coe of Rollins is in fourth place at 10-over par 154, with Christina Gray of Richmond and Marlowe Boukis of Princeton tied for fifth place at 11-over par 155.
Georgetown senior Chelsea Curtis is one of six players tied for seventh place at 13-over par 157.
