Women's Golf Finishes in Fourth Place at BIG EAST Championship

WASHINGTON - Junior Eunae Jo (Ridgewood, N.J./Ridgewood) tied for eighth place overall and three Georgetown players finished among the top-20 overall as the Hoyas finished in fourth place at the BIG EAST Championship played at the Innisbrook Resort & Spa in Palm Harbor, Fla.
The Hoyas finished with a three-round, 54-hole total of 87-over par 951. Notre Dame topped the eight-team field with a score of 38-over par 902, with Louisville in second place at 51-over par 915 and South Florida third at 57-over par 934.
Jo was the top finisher for Georgetown, finishing with a 54-hole score of 14-over par 230. She shot an 8-over par 80 in the final round of play.
Junior Jordan Redfield (Ft. Mitchell, Ky./ Beechwood) bounced back from a tough second round (13-over par 85) to post the best team score of the day with a 6-over par 78. She tied for 17th place overall at 22-over par 238.
Junior Joan Dulieu (Bloomfield Hills, Mich./Detroit Country Day) tied for 19th place at 23-over par 239, including an 11-over par 83 in the final round.
