Whitehurst Named to U.S. Women’s National Team

The squad will compete at the 2017 Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) Women’s World Cup

2009 (junior) - Named Second Team All-American and the Female Athlete of the Year by The Hoya ... Earned a spot on the All-Region Second Team and was a First Team All-BIG EAST honoree ... A Tewaraaton nominee ... Spent time on the BIG EAST Honor Roll ... Started all 19 games for the team ... Led the Hoyas in scoring with 72 points ... Posted a team-high 55 goals and ranked third on the team in assists with 17 ... Scored six game winners ...
