After a first round bye the sixth seeded Hoyas will face Virginia, who won a 12-6 game against Penn on Friday.
Georgetown now waits to see if it gets an at-large berth to the 2013 NCAA Championship.
Georgetown moves on to play Syracuse on Saturday, May 4, in the BIG EAST Championship final.
This will be the fourth time GU and SU have faced each other in the finals.
Georgetown has participated in all seven BIG EAST Women's Lacrosse Championships.
