Prior to Georgetown: Enjoyed a four-year varsity volleyball career at Elk Grove High School ... Served as team captain as both a junior and senior ... After earning all-conference honorable mention as a freshman, was selected all-conference first team as a sophomore, junior and senior, and was named conference most valuable player in 2015 ... Helped lead Elk Grove to a Delta League championship in 2013 as a sophomore ... Also played for the Northern California Volleyball Club (NCVC) and served as a team captain in 2015-16 ... Helped lead NCVC to a gold medal at the junior national championships in 2015 and won the Golden State National Qualifiers championship in 2016 ... Received the Elk Grove Academic Award and was named an Elk Grove Lifetime Member Honor Student for achieving a 4.0 GPA for every semester ... Mother, Jill, was on the track & field team at Utah State.
