Admission to all other Georgetown University athletic events is free of charge. No tickets are required to enter these contests. Students, remember that Hoya Rewards points are available at almost all Georgetown athletic events. Please check the Hoya Rewards Website regularly for updated information on Hoya Rewards.

McDonough Arena Box Office
The McDonough Arena Box Office is located on the main campus of Georgetown University.
The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. from late August to early May.

Georgetown Athletic Ticket Office Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Georgetown Athletic Ticket Office does not issue refunds.

Tickets will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason except as provided below:

• Weather policy:  Tickets for all events are purchased at risk of inclement weather.  It is the discretion of Georgetown University to issue refunds or exchanges in the event of inclement weather.
• Event Cancellation or Postponement:  Purchaser must contact Georgetown University regarding event cancellation or postponement policy.  Authorized refunds available within a limited time frame only.  Unused ticket(s) and sales receipt needed to process authorized refund.
